Repurposing Videos for Facebook Ads.

The author has a number of great suggestions for repurposing videos for Facebook ads. In general, however, most of the suggestions are about how to get more attention for your video ad. The author of this article points out that video ads are created to build brand awareness. But they can also point directly to the advertisers’ desktop or mobile website. They can even be used to collect leads. See our earlier blog post on the topic.

Use of Videos in Property Marketing is the Subject of the Lead Article in This Week’s “Video Marketing Weekly.”

video in property marketing

This week we have another great compilation of articles about the use of video marketing on the internet.

The lead article this week is titled “3 reasons to use video in property marketing.”

Have you considered the use of videos in property marketing? To give you the understanding of what you can accomplish when creating property videos, video marketing is yet another way to do this.

This article is written by an author from an Australian video company, but the principle applies to the US as well. He or she is right in saying that showing videos in property marketing is a growing trend and can really help sell homes.

Video has quickly become a vital marketing tool for businesses of all kinds. It is the quickest way to share information. It’s not just fast, it’s emotional and convincing. In this article, the author shares 3 reasons to use videos in property marketing. He also explores how we can attract more buyers and sellers for our businesses.

Using Videos to Advertise Real Estate – Videos in Property Marketing

We must admit that we disagree with the author on one point. When he or she says “I like to include a mini agent-vendor interview where necessary, and also include some narration from the agent throughout the video. This is where the agent can really delve into the main drawcards and create immediate attraction from the browsing buyers” we are not in agreement.

We think this is a bad idea for creating an appealing video for the property. Using agents to do narration looks amateurish – because it is. If you want the video to look and sound great, have the agent write the script to include important selling points about the property. But have a professional narrator add his or her voice.

The only advantage of having the agent do the narration is to pander to the agent. For the video company, this may well get future video production business from that agent. But it’s not aesthetically correct.

Videos in property video marketing are one of the best ways to appeal to the potential customers. Poor video marketing methods can turn off a buyer or seller just as soon as they see it.

Whether you are looking at doing videos in property marketing or not, we would be delighted to put our more than 3 decades of video production and video content marketing expertise to work for you.

So be sure to let us know if we can help you set the targets and strategies for your live video content marketing.

Success with Live Video is the Subject of the Lead Article in This Week’s “Video Marketing Weekly.”

success with live video

Live video streaming has become an influential force in the world of digital marketing. Live video helps you to get in touch with your audience in real-time. It allows you to interact with your audience and be able to become a part of the conversation with them– live.

This is an important part of any content strategy.

The lead article this week is titled “2018 State of Social Report – Success with Live Video”.

This article says success with this tactic yields some very interesting insights. While success with live video is not easy to accomplish, it seems from their article that success does not depend on the frequency of  output. They conclude that success with live video seems to come from the relevance of content, something we have always maintained.

If you want to appeal to your audience, you need to have a clear idea of who they are and what they want. This applies, whether you are looking for success with videos that are webcast live, or pre-recorded and edited ones. See our earlier blog post on the topic

“Live Video is a Growing Trend”

As per this “State of Social Report 2018,” its use is growing year over year. Their research is based on interviews with over 1,700 social media marketers. Live video is six times more effective than non-live videos according to reports published by Facebook. By using this technique, you share your face, your voice, expressions and answer questions live. This builds confidence and creates an environment of transparency.

A word of caution, however. Live video is not an efficient medium if you only have a small audience. It can take a very long time for a small company to ever get traction, if at all.

While you can post a recording of the video later, the impact and novelty of live video is best expoited when you have lots of clients (or potential clients) watching live.

When you integrate live video into your sales and marketing process your customer gets what they want – if you give it to them. So live video has become one of the most effective ways to stand out and connect with an audience. It quickly conveys meaning and emotion.

Whether you are looking at doing live video or pre-recorded ones, we would be delighted to put our more than 3 decades of video production and video content marketing expertise to work for you.

So be sure to let us know if we can help you set the targets and strategies for your live video content marketing.

Quality Video Content is the Subject of the Lead Article in This Week’s “Video Marketing Weekly.”

Quality Video Content

Video is a powerful storytelling tool. It is an incredible way to create new and interesting ideas and information. Quality video content drives viewers into deeper, more satisfying relationships 0between your brand and its audience.

If you are a just a beginner, here are some terrific tips for starters.

The lead article this week is titled ” 5 Tips for Creating Quality Video Content Even If You’re Clueless How to Begin”.

This article focused on the area of self-promotional live-streaming videos. However, the principles are the same for creating quality video content with pre-recorded video. To have a successful video, you always want to define your audience and give them what they want. We emphasized that the failure to define your audience was the #1 mistake that dooms video projects.

Keep Your Video Short.

Shorter videos can lead to more complete views, which Google and YouTube love for SEO. But more importantly, it suits our busy lives, brief attention spans and the need to consume content easily and quickly. If every live-video content is in 10- to 15-minute chunks, you should know precisely what you want to talk about. If you want people to watch your videos, especially more than one, keep them short.

About 75 Million people in the U.S. watch online videos every day. By 2019, internet video traffic will account for 80% of all consumer internet traffic. So, If your content doesn’t grab their interest within first few seconds, then there is probably no chance they will continue to watch or read what you have to say.

If you have decided to make quality video content a part of your business marketing plan, give us a call. We would be happy to put our more than 3 decades of video production and content marketing expertise to work for you.

We have a great deal of practical experience in helping companies in producing just the right content to motivate their target user. How To Make Readers Anticipate Your Emails

How can you get your audiences to anticipate your emails when they see them in their inbox?

anticipate your emails

Here’s one method to get your customer to anticipate your emails.

It’s kind of tricky, but well worth it. If you condition your subscribers properly, it can work really well.

To start with, you’re already aware that customers who actually spend money are worth much more than those seeking free offers. So the trick is to send your freebie seekers “an offer they can’t refuse.”

Here’s how it works

Every few e-mails that you send, have one of your links redirecting to an awesome $1 or $5 deal, but simply for a limited number of individuals.

This could be a product that generally costs a great deal more or perhaps something you no more actively sell. As long as it still has true value, this can work.

Your link might be obvious or concealed.

For instance, you may send an e-mail advertising a specific item, but before they land there, a backlink redirects to your special offer until it’s out of stock. After that it directs back to the original offer.

The following day, you can praise people who took the special package, and remind the other visitors that they can also grab these discounts if they pay attention and are prompt to act.

The secret is to condition your visitors beforehand to always be looking for these deals. Do that and they will anticipate your emails, open the, and click your links to discover what that super deal might be.

There is a disadvantage you must guard against when you use this technique though.

While you are conditioning your subscribers to anticipate emails and open them in order to not miss any awesome deals, you’re also guiding them to search for special deals. So even though your opens and clicks will improve noticeably, the money you earn per open and per click might decline as well. You’ll want to monitor and test this.

Odds are you may still generate more revenue. You’ll have more individuals anticipate your emails and view them. However, you also can dispose of excess products – or extra available time if you are a service provider. In addition, this provides you an opportunity to ultimately carry out business with consumers who may not have bought from you before. This means more sales of the product or services you promote every day, not merely the exclusive deals.
