We think this is a bad idea for creating an appealing video for the property. Using agents to do narration looks amateurish – because it is. If you want the video to look and sound great, have the agent write the script to include important selling points about the property. But have a professional narrator add his or her voice.

The only advantage of having the agent do the narration is to pander to the agent. For the video company, this may well get future video production business from that agent. But it’s not aesthetically correct.
